I live in Ontario Canada and have started watching your show as of six months ago...now, I won't let my family change the channel at 7:00 p.m. when it's on...I laugh every single day when watching it. You are super upbeat and it helps me be upbeat. (We even talk about your show sometimes at work).

Because you are making your dreams come true (O magazine, George Clooney), I have finally told myself that I need to make my dream come true. Life in your mid-forties does that for you;) and I am gonna talk a girlfriend into traveling to California to see your show....I just told my husband tonight that I was gonna do it and he asked "why won't you take me...I like Ellen" and he is great, but I would have WAY TO MUCH FUN with my best friend. Congratulations on your nuptials with Portia - I love the way you love her...it just shines through when you echo her name, and the love that you show to Portia, from an outsider looking in, seems so pure. That's very special and very unique, especially in this day and age when the meaning of love is lost, sometimes...

I've just finished reading a booked called 'Only Love is Real' by Dr Brian Weiss. The book is about finding your soulmate and that you'll just know that it's your soulmate when you see them... I think you found your soulmate!

Also, congratulations on your mission to being on "O Magazine" - that's quite a mission there. I guess if you dream big enough, believe enough and have a heart big enough (like yours), you never know when that dream comes true.

im writing you today because my duaghter who is going to turn 16 on may 28th this year is a big fan of yours, her friends who never watched your show got hooked because she would go to school and tell them what happened on the show that day before. i have been trying to come up with a theme for her SWEET SIXTEEN and on the show today (MARCH 23 2008) you played the marshmellow game, well that gave her an idea so her theme is "ELLEN" WE ARE GOING TO PLAY ALL OR SOME OF THE GAMES YOU HAVE PLAYED ON YOUR SHOW AND WE ARE GIVING OUT PRIZES.
